Pay Rate: £25,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday- Friday (Office Hours- latest finish time 18:00) Location: Daventry, NN6 7GW DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements at Ferrero, Daventry. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Tracking deliveries are meeting KPI's and reporting any delays to the customer
- Emailing and telephoning customers with reports and updates
- Chasing POD's and scanning

- Previous customer service experience (Essential)
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
