Full Job Description
You will be responsible for pricing spares, spot repairs, and overhauls, booking orders, managing the order book, and liaising with customers to maintain customer satisfaction. What you will be doing…
- Responsible for liaising with customers.
- Responding to customer requests for quotations and enquires e.g., Rejections and Non-Conformance Reports.
- Process customer contracts, orders, and schedules.
- Manage customers' order books.
- Participate in customers' reviews.
- Liaising with internal departments to manage customers' requirements.
- Assist with weekly/monthly order intake and sales forecasting.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Coordination, or as an Administrator is desirable. - Able to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT literate.
