Full Job Description
My client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them on either a full time or part time basis. Within this role you will offer after sales support and assist with orders whilst in process. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you should also ensure any technical issues are resolved and rectified, whilst ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the process. Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for customers in relation to order queries
- Always provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Process purchase orders and ensure invoice is correctly inputted into the system
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and kept up to date
- Communicate with relevant teams, merchants and suppliers
- Advise clients on product information and recommend alternate products where possible
- Build long lasting relationships with customers to ensure returned business
Previous experience in customer service ideally from a phone based role - Excellent customer service skills in any situation
- Relevant product knowledge would be desirable / the ability to pick up knowledge quickly
- Highly organised and detail orientated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience with Salesforce and Sage - Desirable
