Customer Service Executive

Working as a part of a busy team within our truck and trailer business we have an opportunity for an Customer Service Executive.

You will focus on providing high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer businesses. This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it.

Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day :

  • Effectively looking after the fleet operations and administration of the branch

  • Coordinating and planning MOT test schedules and any maintenance programmes

  • Coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branches

  • Other general administration.

    Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner

  • Have strong administrative skills

  • Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks

  • Can work well under pressure

  • All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.

  • Candidates must have a clean driving license


  • Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
