Full Job Description

Come and join AJW Group as a Customer Service Executive and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by delivering outstanding customer service. This dynamic position involves managing orders and returns, optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience, and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Key duties include:
Process sales orders and customer requests accurately.
Verify details, source products, and prepare competitive quotes.
Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance processes.
Follow up on leads to drive sales conversions.
Collaborate with teams, suppliers, and customers effectively.
Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels.
Support accounts with credit management and payment queries.

Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve issues related to orders, payments, and suppliers.
Collaboration: Work well with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Negotiation: Confident in securing competitive terms and pricing with suppliers.
Process Improvement: Able to identify and implement ways to improve efficiency.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in orders, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aviation/Aerospace knowledge & experience
Negotiation skills to help maximise profits.
Ability to manage and nurture relationships with current and new customers.
