Full Job Description

You'll take ownership of customer enquiries and handle them effectively, proactively, and positively, ensuring that accurate information is provided and that inquiries are managed efficiently in accordance with targets.

Using your excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise your workload you'll carry out various administrative tasks whilst communicating with customers and liaising with colleagues as required. Looking after customers interested in purchasing a property, discussing options and providing them with accurate and helpful guidance will be at the forefront of your role. With experience working in a fast-paced or sales-related customer services environment, you'll be able to manage conversations and resolve concerns/complaints effectively and sensitively acting as the first point of contact where possible.

Proficient in using Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, Excel and Word, utilising a CRM system and telephony software, you'll work well within a team environment and demonstrate a professional and approachable attitude.

The Customer Service Sales team work on a 2-week rota between 08:30 and 19:30 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00.
