Full Job Description

The Customer Service Manager will meet the demands of customers by providing exceptional services driven by innovation within the agreed SLA and contract agreement, be a single point of contact for your business area by taking responsibility for total service delivery and ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels agreed between client and Sodexo and control all costs such as labour, expenses, cash purchases as agreed with the client.

You will ensure that methods of preparation, production and presentation comply with Sodexo's standards and procedures to deliver a consistent, high level of service, to the contract specification and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets, complying with Sodexo and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH to achieve green KPI performance across the total IFM framework.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of great workplaces and services to deliver quality of life to their customers. The business needs will vary in line with contract requirements and there is an expectation that you will provide support as necessary within your abilities and capabilities.

  • Proven experience, understanding and ability to use good manufacturing best practices

  • A highly customer focused individual, motivating and driving performance in teams to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness

  • Knowledge of SHEQ and the process employed to manage risks, hazards and controls

  • Positive leadership and people management experience

  • Strong IT and communication skills
