Full Job Description

We are a friendly team that thrive on providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with a variety of queries via multi-channel communications.

The role:

This role is suitable for individuals who feel they can bring energy, smiles and a passion for children's development and sport to our business. Our business is enjoying a rapid period of growth

Customer Service:

Customer's first impressions are key; we pride ourselves on maximising customer experience with exceptional service.

Support: Helping to answer questions about services and processing customer requests over the phone and by email.

Improving Customer Knowledge: Learning about our awesome S4K products and services first hand so that you can educate our customers on why the S4K Way is so special.

Customer Feedback: Asking customers for feedback, responding to customers reviews and analysing feedback.

Team Metrics: Tracking customer service Key Performance Indicators in order to be successful.

Operations Assistant:

Scheduling: Assisting with the development and implementation of the schedule of staff deployment across multiple products and services, including deployment of coaches to schools, nurseries, weekend classes, birthday parties and holiday camps.

Venue Liaison: Kit drop and staff information

Deliveries: Organisation of delivery and pick up

Equipment: organise arts and crafts preparation, replenishment of perishable items (top ups), kit packing, delivery of camp boxes.

Duty Manager: Staff support (emergency response and support to scheduling challenges)

  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence and Access To Own Car (preferred)

  • Full time position (40 hours per week)

  • Four days between Monday and Friday. If working a weekend, 8.00am to 2.00pm on a Sunday.
