Receive, vet and process customer orders.
Coordinate complex and time sensitive projects.
Order book management, inclusive of monitoring and addressing deviations, variations or amendments.
Ensure all customer requests are processed with excellent quality and high speed thus maintaining best in class service levels.
Liaise between customers, external sales and the internal organization including feedback to customers.
Ensure enquiries regarding product availability, prices, discounts and distribution matters are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Register, process and resolve customer disputes regarding orders or issues concerning the supply of products.
Ensure the required reporting is carried out daily, weekly, monthly.
The creation of documentation regarding order confirmations, delivery documents etc.

Experience of working in a customer facing role.
Knowledge of SAP or a similar CRM system.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Good team player with eagerness to learn.
High customer focus and responsiveness.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
