Full Job Description
- Receive, vet and process customer orders.
- Coordinate complex and time sensitive projects.
- Order book management, inclusive of monitoring and addressing deviations, variations or amendments.
- Ensure all customer requests are processed with excellent quality and high speed thus maintaining best in class service levels.
- Liaise between customers, external sales and the internal organization including feedback to customers.
- Ensure enquiries regarding product availability, prices, discounts and distribution matters are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Register, process and resolve customer disputes regarding orders or issues concerning the supply of products.
- Ensure the required reporting is carried out daily, weekly, monthly.
- The creation of documentation regarding order confirmations, delivery documents etc.
Experience of working in a customer facing role. - Knowledge of SAP or a similar CRM system.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good team player with eagerness to learn.
- High customer focus and responsiveness.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
