From 4 April 2024 overseas workers requiring a general Skilled Worker Visa (such as data analysts, IT and finance professionals, etc) but sponsored by an NHS organisation will need to meet the new salary threshold of £38,700. In addition, applications to the Health and Care Visa route for those occupations paid by NHS bands that are on the immigration salary, a list of skilled jobs which have lower salary requirements, will need to meet the national pay scale for their role or the new minimum salary threshold of £23,200 (whichever is higher). The post is for a fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday., + First point of contact for visitors, meeting and greeting
+ Deal with queries from patients / parents and carers / professionals on the phone and face to face
+ Process incoming and outgoing post
+ Process building maintenance requests
+ Provide additional admin support to the Children's Therapy Admin team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly and caring person to start their career within the NHS. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for all visitors to the site, which hosts both adult's and children's services. Full support will be given on an apprenticeship course to gain a recognised qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, whilst being given full training and support to gain valuable work experience within the NHS.
We require applicants to be computer literate, have excellent communication and organisational skills, have an interest in administration and be able to thrive in a busy environment. A mature and professional outlook is essential alongside the ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the Apprenticeship programme. You must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.
