Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Conduct data entry and analyse customer information

- Utilise upselling techniques to promote products or services

Communicate effectively in English and Spanish or other languages

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications

- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
