Full Job Description

  • Provide a high level of Customer Service to in-store customers and over the telephone/online enquiries.


  • Completing transactions against all of our core products quickly & efficiently, whilst following necessary company policies & procedures.


  • The testing and evaluating of items of consumer electronics and precious metals.


  • Create relationships with customers to ensure that existing custom is retained, and new custom gained.


  • Complete stock control and organisational tasks.


  • Open and close the store adhering to company policy & procedure.

    Fluent English speaker (additional language could be an advantage).


  • A very good understanding of basic mathematics & mental arithmetic.


  • Excellent sales ability and communication skills.


  • Educated to GCSE level standard or equivalent.


  • Non-essential, but previous pawnbroking, customer service and cash handling experience would be advantageous.


  • Personality:

  • Reliable and trustworthy.


  • Proactive 'can do' approach to all aspects of your work.


  • An approachable team player able to easily adapt.
