As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our growing customer base and internal customers.
You will act as a liaison, providing product and services information and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.,

  • Assist with all aspects of order management and order processing, proactively following up daily to resolve any reasons or issues that may create a delay in processing or manufacturing a customer's order

  • Handle customer correspondence via all methods of communication, phone, email and chat.

  • Supporting Account Managers by handling all customer interactions after the order is placed.

  • Work with customers to resolve any issues e.g. shipping errors, late orders, pricing/PO discrepancies and material inventory.

  • Monitoring unprocessed orders, update contact/company information, support the processing of International Questionnaires for export of parts

  • Handle any Customer Service related complaints

  • Liaison between departments to resolve post sales issues.

  • Proactive daily follow-ups in all areas of order management.

  • Cover general reception duties as back up support to the Receptionist when required.

  • Other Customer Service tasks as assigned.

    Experience of working in Customer Services or Customer Centric environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and written

  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • Confident in handling multiple applications to problem solve

  • Strong sense of urgency and highly responsive

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, team orientated environment

  • Able to realise practical solutions to business requirements

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and able to work independently or in a team environment

  • Receptive to constructive feedback from supervisors, peers and customers

  • Experience in using CRM systems and order management systems would be advantageous although training will be given
