In this role you will report into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will liaise with internal and external customers to ensure customer queries are resolved while maintaining maximum efficiency, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with external and internal customers to assist with all queries via telephone & email
Always provide excellent customer service
To build close working relationships with all areas of the business
Complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures
Daily use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Packages, We are one of the leading providers of data destruction in the UK, with secure shredding centres across country providing scale, efficiency, and unrivalled value to our customers.

Experience working in a fast-paced customer focused environment
Ability and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and ownership
Proficient with MS Office packages including MS Word and MS Excel
