Full Job Description

You will act as a first point of contact for customers and help the company deliver a high quality customer experience by coordinating the internal sales activities for clients of our powder coatings business.,

  • Coordinate processing of orders using our ERP system.
  • Handle any customer complaints.
  • Manage invoicing & credit control procedures.
  • Source products from internal suppliers.
  • Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Co-ordinate customer reporting & maintain client records.

    Educated to minimum of 'A'Level standard or equivalent or significant on-the-job experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Able to think quickly & solve problems.

  • Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
  • Well organised & with an eye for detail.
  • Experience of working with SAP an advantage.
