In this role, you'll be doing one of the most important jobs for our business, providing an exceptional service to all our customers. Our Customer Service Representatives are the heartbeat of our contact centre, answering calls and supporting our customers every day. Each customer is unique, and every call will be different - from explaining water bills to helping customers with financial difficulties find the best tariff for them, you'll listen, empathise, and provide solutions with a smile.

Competitive salary starting at £22,524 per annum
- 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 days with the length of service
