• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, contact centre, hospitality and retail preferable.
