Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for managing and assisting customers; booking their collections, dealing with queries and representing Abbott in customer meetings or communications with the aim of maximising customer testing quota's and ensure all customers' requirements are met. What You'll Do

  • To build, develop and maintain solid working relationships with all 'major' customers
  • Arrange customer testing bookings and control requests which include on-site, customer fixed site and in-house collection demands
  • Providing regular customer and management information on customer activities with the aim of growing business revenue
  • Overseeing and monitoring customer invoicing.
  • Log, monitor and respond to customer complaints.
  • Manage the drug testing requests from customers by accurately recording special requirements
  • Assist the Sales Department with account set up for new customers and implement welcome calls
  • Attend customer set-up and customer review meetings
  • Support new projects, processes, systems and initiatives that will drive the business forward

    Educated to National standards
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • IT literate and an intermediate skill in Word, Excel & Outlook
  • A self-motivated, organized, positive individual with a flexible approach to work
  • Previous experience in a customer service office based role
