Full Job Description

The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting two part-time Contact Centre Team Members. We have two 16 hour contracts available that will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays. The Wave is a slice of the ocean inland, where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can experience the joy of surfing and its many physical and mental health benefits! As a Contact Centre Team Member, you will play an essential part in our visitor's overall experience. As the first person they may speak to on the phone or via email, the customer experience team have the opportunity to set the tone to what will be an incredible visit at our ground-breaking venue. Our team are a fountain of knowledge for all things Wave to assist our visitors. Our Contact Centre Team Member's :

  • Provide exceptional customers service via phone, email, social media or live chat to our customers
  • Handle customer queries and complaints to create and resolution and win win situation for the business and the customer
  • Drive revenue through the promotion of The Wave products and the conversion to sale
  • Having a drive to hit all company KPI's including, but not exclusive to, customer satisfaction, financial goals and all contact centre SLA's
  • An attention to detail and ability to push for improvement never settling for second best

    Have an ability to use initiative taking proactive approach to challenges and create ownership of tasks
  • A strong attention to detail from detail in emails all the way through to our H&S rules
