Customer Service / Telephonist

Customer Service Operative is required to promote good relationships and communications between both our customers and other depots within the APC network. They will provide an after-sales service to customers where necessary and improve and maintain a good knowledge of all services within the marketplace. Customer Service Operative will report to the Customer Service Manager or Depot Principle.

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Operative specializing in the parcel industry. We expect excellent communication skills with an ability to build customer relationships., Previous experience working in the parcel industry would be an advantage - Intermediate or advance Microsoft applications including Word and Excel - Ability to drive continuous improvement adopting best practice - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong and effective communication skills - both verbal and via email - Excellent telephone and people handling skills - Good team player - Ability to take directions readily - Confident and highly polished communication and inter-personal skills - Ability to work alone using own initiative,

• Have you proficient in Microsoft Office and have you used various computer systems?
Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
Language:
• fluent English (required)
  
  9am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday plus 8am to 4pm , Saturday (preferred)
