Full Job Description

Our Community Service Centre based in Doncaster is currently looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team on a 12 months Fixed Term basis to support a new contract in and around Rotherham., Our Customer Service team are integral to what we do. In this role, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience related to the Rotherham contract.

Are you someone who is passionate about how we care for the most vulnerable people in society? Do you have experience in an administration role and have a keen eye for detail?, This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service administration roles with a keen eye for detail. Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.
