Full Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service for customers? Join our dedicated Customer Service team at The Newt in Somerset and play a vital role in supporting our retail channels . From assisting with product enquiries to processing orders and refunds, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.,
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, online chat and social media
- Assist customers in placing new orders, tracking existing ones and managing returns and refunds
- Share your expertise on our products offering substitution and complementary recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with various departments in the Commerce division to provide accurate and timely information.
- Help improve our customer support systems by contributing to the development of our Support Knowledge Base, scripts, and other documentation.
Previous customer service experience is desirable - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable with technology when navigating software systems, emails and social media
