Full Job Description

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team in Mole Valley Life on a 2 month fixed term contract.

The role is within the Customer Service & Deployment Department speaking to Customers about our Technology Enabled Care Products & Services.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast passed office environment, helping our service users and their loved ones feel reassured that there safe. You will be responsible for assisting our customers via phone & email with their enquiries. Below are some of the tasks that would be undertaking in the role.

What will I be doing?

  • Inbox management

  • In/outbound calls

  • Referrals

  • Finance paperwork / spreadsheet

  • Disconnections

  • True call referrals

  • Debtors

  • Connected care referrals

  • Digital switch calls

  • Low battery Alerts Calls

  • Hospital to home

  • Diary Management

  • Stock management

  • Book in installations, In support of our people and our Climate Change Strategy, we welcome hybrid working and are happy to talk flexible working too, where appropriate to the role. There are some roles where hybrid and/or flexible working may not be possible, particularly where we need to be responsive to meet the needs of our residents and businesses.

    You will be experienced in working in a Customer Service Environment, used to working with Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, Teams.


  • You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style and format to suit different situations and audiences.
