Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for five Customer Services Advisors to join our friendly team based at our site in , Colchester on a fixed term contract until the end of July. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role within our supportive Customer Services team ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of care. - To be a main point of contact for all queries and will be able to take ownership of this task to resolve any issues efficiently and to a consistently high standard
- Taking responsibility for handling incoming emails and phone calls, order processing, setting up contracts, general enquiries and any other business associated with our customers
- To work together with the wider customer service team and to support colleagues when necessary
You'll need to be confident communicating over email and via the telephone, and have had experience doing this in the past whether in a previous customer service role, or an administrative environment - You'll need to be able to work independently and confidently as part of a wider team, although support is always there when you need it
- You'll have a great eye for detail as you'll be dealing with lots of information at any one time
- Great organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as necessary
