Full Job Description

  • Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

  • The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.

    AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU'LL:

  • Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).

  • Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.

  • Order assembly and stock control.

  • Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.

    Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour.

  • Hours: Full Time (40 hours).
    Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 9pm, including some weekends.,
