Full Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Services Co-Ordinator to join our team. You will be based at our offices at Worcester Six Business Park, just off Junction 6 of the M5 in Worcester.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our Kimal PLC UK and external and internal customers, mainly via the telephone and email. Receive and process orders to a very high standard. Handle enquires and complaints in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that our customer's expectations are met to a very high standard.

THE CANDIDATE

You will process customer orders accurately, receive incoming calls, and make outgoing calls to ensure customer expectations are met. Ensure that proactive management of delivery and order information is provided to customers regularly. You will be responsible for coordinating responses to customer requests related to production information, pricing, delivers, agreements, tenders, and quotations. Develop key relationships with internal sales and marketing teams and external customers. Liaise with warehouse, couriers, planning and all relevant departments.
