Full Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our Customer Services team, based in our offices in Woodingdean, just outside Brighton. This person will need to really make sure our customers love us as much as they love our products!

  • Be able to deliver first-class customer service to our customers.

  • Excellent pc skills, telephone manner and written communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude.

  • Experience in working in customer service is preferable, but is not essential.

  • Interest in sport is preferable.
