Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to coach, motivate and develop a team of managers. Enabling their teams to deliver an exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will influence behaviours and cultures within a department ensuring teamwork and professionalism. The role will involve leading a team of managers, driving employee engagement, process improvements and focus on revenue growth.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage a large team demonstrating influencing and persuasive skills, gaining buy in from stakeholders
- Provide leadership and support to employees
- Self-motivated and conscientious
- Proven in revenue growth with the ability to create incentive schemes.
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Proven customer service excellence with both internal and external customers
- Capable of developing strong client relationships
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Programmes
- Good presentation skills
- Devising new ways to carry out tasks, solve problems and meet challenges.
- Ability to prioritise workload especially when working under pressure and to strict deadlines
