Full Job Description

As a Customer Services Officer you will be supporting our customers to ensure they receive a really great service. This is a varied role and day to day you will be -

  • Receiving and managing customer calls, raising support tickets which enable us to track and resolve customer repair, housing and rent requests
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Providing up to date information, support and advice to customers and colleagues
  • Liaising with housing and repairs colleagues to ensure we offer a timely and great quality service
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Providing admin assistance to housing allocations departments

    Do you consider yourself to be really organised and able to offer great customer experience? If so we would love you to join our team., You will come to the role with experience in social housing and planning repairs. You will ideally have worked in a similar team previously and will understand the importance of great customer service. You will be speaking to our customers on a daily basis, so being able to demonstrate empathy whilst obtaining the information you need will be really beneficial to the role.
  • You'll be very organised and you'll be able to adapt to fluctuating workloads. You'll consider yourself to be a great administrator and you'll have experience using the Microsoft Suite as well as databases. You will understand that keeping clear accurate records is really important. This is a hybrid role and you'll be mainly based from home. The team do get together so there will be the occasional need to travel to a London office.
