Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a competent and motivated Electrical Installation Supervisor to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer in London. You'll have line-management responsibility for a small team of engineers, operatives, and technicians. You'll organise and schedule onsite activities associated with the installation, refurbishment and modification of traffic signals, ancillary equipment and highways systems. Your varied work will cover a full range of technologies and provide opportunities for teamwork, problem solving, learning and growth.

What will you do?

· Lead, motivate and line-manage a small team on site and in the depot to ensure work is completed

· Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders onsite and digitally

· Deliver and support training to your team and others when required

· Ensure your team's work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specification, and on time

· Be responsible for delivering and ensuring attendance at site

· Ensure stock is organised, booked accurately and available for installation

· Out of hours working to support service and contract requirements

· Monitor and promote health and safety practices and reporting within the team

· Managing and monitoring costs per job and providing breakdowns where required to meet budget requirements

· You'll have an electrical qualification and/or electrical experience with experience working on site

· You've have leadership and team management experience and enjoy motivating and educating others

· You're co-operative, helpful, willing to use your initiative

· You're able to manage multiple complex tasks, staff and organise materials, employees and sub-contractors

· You are accurate, reliable and enjoy getting things right first time

· You're able to communicate clearly, work well with others, and promote good team morale

· You're confident working with IT equipment include a tablet and laptop and can learn new software

· Must hold full UK Driving License and we provide a company vehicle and tools for the job

· You have a strong understanding of safe working practices
