Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard, leverages advanced machine learning and AI to deliver powerful personalization solutions to enterprises. We are on the lookout for a Subject Matter Expert in Email Marketing. This role is a critical juncture between our sophisticated software and client happiness. Our customers depend on being able to understand and best use Dynamic Yield products so that it's the perfect fit for their needs. This is a role for someone who understands the ins and outs of technical data, but has a knack for synthesizing the mountain of information and making it relevant for customers' business needs. Our Subject Matter Expert in Email Marketing understands our customer's business and their key requirements for success and is able to translate those into an actionable strategy at scale across our organisation. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are critical, as well as top-notch project management & communication skills to be the connecting puzzle piece for internal teams and client expectations. A passion for creating scalable and documented processes is a must in this role. The Task-at-Hand:

  • Define project success criteria together with customers, and use data to translate into an actionable plan
  • Understand customers' key segments to execute a user-centric personalisation strategy through your influencing skills
  • Evangelize adoption of the Dynamic Yield solution, and create opportunities for wider product adoption
  • Review overall project status with clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis, on weekly calls, web presentations or onsite meetings as required
  • Demonstrate thought leadership about landing page best practices
  • Train customers on how to use Dynamic Yield's platform, with a focus on scalability and ease of use
  • Deliver external projects on-time while communicating and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
  • Communicate project status and issues internally, and flag escalations in a timely manner, All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:

    Previous customer facing experience, preferably in a SaaS company
  • 2+ years' experience working on digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of Unbounce, Leadpages or other landing page technologies is preferable, but not required
  • Experience working with Banking institutions a major plus
  • A passionate digital marketing specialist: You love technology and have a knowledge of and enthusiasm for personalisation in the digital space, best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
  • Data-driven with an analytical mindset: Confident analysing diverse data sets to find opportunities and uncover ways to continuously improve our campaigns.
  • Able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mind-set.
  • High impact personality: True self-starter with an enthusiastic and positive, can-do attitude and bias to action.
  • Communication skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about understanding clients' businesses and commercially minded.
  • Ability to work effectively with many stakeholders, in a global and highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
