Full Job Description

Responsibilities include efficiently managing incoming calls representing our Banking Client, updating customer / Merchant accounts accurately, and leveraging technology to provide exceptional service.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Must be willing to be based in office.
  • Must be able to start training from November 2024

    Starting salary of £25,536
