We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Customer Supply Chain Manager, reporting into Head of Customer Facing Supply Chain.

As part of the Nestlé UK Supply Chain team, you could be working with some of the world's best-known and most-loved brands, many of which have been enjoyed for generations.   • Drive collaboration and joint value creation for both Nestlé and customers through increased case fill rate and on shelf availability; improved forecasting and communication; minimising inventory across the shared value chain and increasing supply chain efficiency across the aligned value chain

  • Deliver supply chain value creation for Nestlé and customers by understanding customer KPI's, agreeing targets and reporting regularly against these targets and raising awareness of the customer's Supply Chain's and their alignment to the Nestlé Supply Chain

  • Lead the CCM team in the development of robust 12-month Customer Supply Chain JBP through leveraging a collaborative relationship with the customer

  • Use value stream principles, business and supply chain knowledge to drive strategic collaborative initiatives which look at the end-to-end supply chain to identify and eliminate waste

  • Build and cultivate an extensive internal and external contact network and represent Nestlé on key customer forums and trade supply chain bodies

  • Lead, coach and develop and team of 4 people


  • What will make you successful?

    To be successful in this role you will ideally have operational and customer facing Supply Chain experience of retail customers.

  • Have successfully led/have shown personal leadership in an initiative with a 3rd party customer which has driven joint benefit

  • Have demonstrable experience of successfully managing commercial and operations stakeholders

  • Have passion and curiosity for our customers demonstrated through career to date/development plan

  • Display an interest in leading and motivating teams and have a genuine interest in people development
