Full Job Description

As an On Holiday Support Advisor, you'll provide exceptional levels of customer care on in-bound calls, offering solutions and resolving queries to customers in our German and Swiss markets. In the Holidays Operations Centre we go the extra mile to identify our customers' needs and resolve their complaints, dealing with challenges, assisting in emergency situations, and protecting their welfare. You'll be empowered to do all of this with support from the On Holiday Support Team Leaders and Duty Managers.

The Holidays Operations Centre (HOC) is based on site at our HQ in Luton. The HOC is at the heart of our customer operations at easyJet holidays, and we are there to support our customers whilst they are on holiday with us. That support might be giving advice or guidance, resolving complaints or issues, or providing assistance for any emergencies or incidents while our customers are in resort.

Our On Holiday Support Advisors work a mixture of day and night shifts, on a roster of 5-on/5-off, 4-on/5-off, and 5-on/4-off, The final stage will be joining us in person at the easyJet holidays HQ for our Assessment Centre. During the Assessment Centre you'll get to meet our team and see the HOC. We'll observe how you interact with other applicants and work as part of a team to solve problems, how you respond to some example customer queries, and we'll answer any questions you might have about the role.

First and foremost you'll need to be fluent in German - speaking, reading and writing. This role will be ideal for you if you have experience of working in a fast paced and demanding customer facing environment. You'll need to be confident dealing with stressful situations, able to work at pace and handle a high volume of calls, be an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service.

You'll also need to be able to work shifts, and comfortable with the seasonal nature of your contract.

The role is full-time and based onsite at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport.
