4Com is a market leading and fast-moving telecoms industry success story with a dynamic and growing team who specialise in the installation, maintenance and support of voice and data services and telecommunications equipment to UK businesses. We are looking for someone to join a busy Support Team as a Customer Support Coordinator to take responsibility for supporting existing communications customers. Please note this role is office-based in West Bromwich.,

  • Managing a selection of customer orders simultaneously, maintaining contact with customer with all updates.
  • Raising orders with suppliers and co-ordinating delivery.
  • Ordering stock, checking kit, and allocating against jobs.
  • Taking inbound calls from customers, suppliers, and third-party engineers regarding orders.
  • Responding to inbound customer emails on a daily basis that come in and delegating appropriately to the correct team.
  • Working with all other departments including sales and accounts as appropriate.
  • Support the pending cease/off-boarding process as required.
  • Supporting the technical team with 1^st line checks for overflow.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office products and is IT literate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to work within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to think outside the box should the situation require it.
