Full Job Description

  • Customer Demonstration Coordination: You will be the primary point of contact for account management and pre-sales teams, managing customer demonstration requests and coordinating with engineers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Equipment Calibration: Oversee the entire calibration process, including monitoring due dates, generating quotations, and liaising with customers for scheduling and invoicing.
  • 1st Line Support: Take charge of the inbound ticket process, working closely with engineers to triage and resolve technical issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to other departments when required and cover other office functions during periods of absence.

    Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing solutions to customers.
  • A proactive attitude, comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
