Full Job Description

As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients. You will passionate about helping our clients to take orders or deal with their queries. You will be joining a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.,

  • Day to day working with Senior Customer Support Executive on client orders and queries
  • Actioning inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers
  • Full training will be given on using systems and procedures to carry out daily tasks, Monthly Employee Awards - Employee of the Month programme with £250 bonus
