Full Job Description

You will act on behalf of our Sales Representatives and be the main contact for account support and customer service with Contractors, in collaboration with Business Development, and help to drive sales and high levels of customer retention by delivering superior customer service. You will:

  • Act as first point of support for customers and take ownership of enquiry resolution including making outbound calls to follow up.
  • Liaise closely and work collaboratively with Business Development teams as required
  • Take ownership of providing an integrated customer experience across departments
  • Qualifying, producing, and proactively following up daily sales and small VRV quotes
  • Management of data in CRM relating to accounts, contacts, and other customer data to support reporting. (SAP experience would be beneficial)
