This is a busy, fast-paced role where you'll liaise with customers daily across phone calls, live chat, emails, and WhatsApp-resolving queries and ensuring operations run seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing customer communications: responding via phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Raising orders, processing invoices, and resolving delivery issues, including damages or missed deliveries.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

£35,000 salary - 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
