The opportunityHow you'll spend your day Teva USA is currently seeking a talented business major/Supply Chain student for a six months of co-op experience. The successful applicant will assist in Import & Export Compliance of daily operations from start to end process that compliant with various government agencies such as Customs, FDA and USDA. Activities/projects will include one or more of the following but not limited to:

  • Import/Export Documentation review, auditing, detect and resolve errors
  • Daily Customs Broker support, releases, and oversight
  • Participates in establishment or revision of internal control procedures and SOPs
  • Supports CTC team in implementation of goals and objectives
  • Assist with CTC Compliance Manual and associated SOP/work instructions review
  • Shipment tracking and follow up for special urgent, non-door to door shipments, launch, FTZ shipments
  • Launch projects when necessary
  • Export documentation record keeping
  • Generating KPI for LSP performance
  • Screening denial parties' preparation
  • Shipment tracking and follow up
  • DEA qty determination for EEI filing
  • Post auditing
  • administrative activities (filing, scanning, system updates etc.)
