Full Job Description
As a Customs Import Process Coach, you will monitor, coach and support our external business partner TMLBSL to deliver efficient cross-border imports and exports to secure JLR's production, aftermarket and vehicle export requirements, and accurate declarations to tax and customs authorities.,
- Supporting the Customs Import Process Owner, monitoring mailboxes and Appian solution to ensure all tasks are carried out by TMLBSL within agreed SLAs and that they adhere to process
- Maintaining local work instructions and providing training and coaching to TMLBSL
- Ensuring FSD monthly submission is completed accurately by 3rd working day by driving TMLBSL to complete month-end tasks
- Working with TMLBSL to identify and communicate continuous process improvements and collaborating with Customs Digital Teams to provide KPIs and service level statistics
- Supporting TMLBSL with UAT and implementation of agreed automation solutions to drive operational efficiency
Ability to prioritise work accurately at speed and under pressure - Change management experience
