Full Job Description
- Identifying investment opportunities to drive commercial growth from our top tier value customers.
- This will be delivered by setting a clear strategy for the specified active and prospective cohort, with the intention to tailor, and where possible personalise, our generosity approach to best suit the customers' needs.
- Adopting a test and learn approach and applying suitable frameworks to continuously iterate on the findings will be key to success.
- Highly visible, connecting with multiple teams and customers. This role is dependent on multiple teams to acquire phenomenal results and progress. It will also play an active role in divisional working groups and wider generosity forums.
- Interpret complex data sets and make informed commercial decisions. To challenge data and extract the 'what' and the 'why' from existing and briefed insights.
Validated experience in a CVM or Commercial Marketing role with Lifecycle development and management experience is critical. - The ability to communicate effectively and adapt communication style depending on the audience. Relaying potentially complexed processes and analysis in a clear and digestible way.
- Analytical competence. An essential skill a we strive to adopt a data led approach to drive sustainable growth for the business, and specifically the higher value Sky Bet customer cohort.
- Experience working in divisional organisation structure (desired)
Working as part of the CVM team for Sky Bet, this newly crafted position will be tasked with optimising generosity spend and lifecycle stages for our higher value customers. - £1,000 learning fund each year
