Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Caseworkers (internally known as CYP Programme Facilitators) to support our established and growing digital CYP service (WeMatter). These home-based vacancies are full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, on a fixed term contract until the end of July 2025., These roles are home based (which must be in England or Wales). The caseworker will work directly with children and young people across the area; with hybrid working an option after the 6 month probationary period.

  • As a CYP Programme Facilitator you will:
  • Hold an active caseload of children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse within the home
  • Be responsible for providing safe, high-quality and consistent support through the online delivery of the CYP Recovery Toolkit
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff and other stakeholders.
