Full Job Description

The focus will be to work collaboratively with the Team Leaders by offering team clinical supervision, actively participate in the delivery of the clinical governance, and to support the implementation of the quality improvement agenda within the CYPMHS transformation work. There will also be an element of direct work with service users. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop new skills in quality and leadership and to directly improve the quality of patient care and outcomes then this is the job for you! There may be a small element of direct work with service users.
The post will report to the Consultant Nurse and will assist with the delivery of the Nursing and Quality objectives.
