Full Job Description

Join our CYPMH (CAMHS) team as a Triage and Assessment Practitioner in Fylde and Wyre, transforming children and young people's mental health. We're seeking a Triage and Assessment Practitioner to pioneer a role in our new CYPMH access hub. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality assessments, clinical interventions, and leading clinical governance and quality improvement.

With your help, we're deliver a new integrated Thrive model, which will revolutionise the CYPMH service and transform young lives.

Your Role:

· Deliver high-quality, timely, and accessible assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and provide brief clinical interventions.

· Contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensuring responsive and personalised care.

· Provide and receive clinical supervision, enhancing service quality.

· Engage in partnership building, quality improvement, and clinical governance.

· Work alongside our expert Team Leaders, Service Integration Managers, and Senior Clinical Leads.

We're Looking For:

· Passionate Registered Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists

· Full-time roles with flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
