  • We are looking for a Design & Technology Technician who will support the teaching of sets of students, and who will be involved in the management of a widely resourced Design and Technology workshop. You will be experienced in maintaining stock, tools and machinery and will have a passion for supporting colleagues and students in the development of project work up to and including 'A' level. The ideal candidate will be a skilled instructor and will have broad experience in manufacturing skills, working in metal, wood or plastics. Good IT skills are a must have, including familiarity with CAD/CAM systems. You will be friendly and approachable with the confidence to take charge when necessary whilst being calm and patient. You will be enthusiastic about Design and Technology and will be an ambassador for the subject. In return we offer the following benefits:-
