Full Job Description

The UK damage department are responsible for handling all damage caused to a Sixt vehicle in the UK. The role of the Damage Agent will be to handle and manage all UK damage claims logged and created for Retail customers, via the logging process at all UK branches and via Breakdown Assist. This will also include quality reviewing all claims, gathering estimates and issuing invoices to retail customers to recover the costs as a result of the damage. The successful candidate will also be required to address any disputes and queries.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • Review of new claims logged for the UK as per the UK damage process

  • Action first notification emails from customers regarding damages

  • Acknowledge and respond to all internal and external UK customers enquires, complaints and disputes via email

  • Actioning external estimates and invoicing customers for damages

  • Fairly and impartially make reasonable sound decisions to resolve each case in the best interest of the company

  • Be flexible and carry out other ad-hoc duties as and when required within the team and department.
