Full Job Description

The main duties of this role can be found within the generic JD.

Duties specific to this role are:

Actively managing and responding to enquiries, co-ordinating the required responses and managing the enquiry through to resolutions.

Organising and attending meetings, recording actions and updating action plans

Proactively managing the action plan, chasing outstanding action with internal teams and applicants to ensure swift resolution of outstanding enquiries.

Maintaining planning forecast of applications through the required approval routes and reserving slots on relevant agendas, ensuring documentation is available and submitted when required.
