Data Administrator

Working in our UK support functions you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. How you'll help us make health happen In this role, you will be working closely with our 3rd Party provider to ensure that all customer contact details and attempts to contact are processed accurately and all systems updated accordingly. You will contact our customers through both email and telephone to ensure we have their most up to date personal details so our teams can communicate with them effectively and they continue to receive the best customer service.

• To maintain member records by whichever method of the customers preference. Update relevant systems, ensuring all areas of the business are able to view current information.
• Complete and assist colleagues in the resolution of all member queries.
• Liaison with internal departments of BUPA and outsourced partners.
• Investigate and resolve any membership queries that have been raised by Internal or external customers
• Use verbal and written methods to communicate with members, clients, internal departments and outsourced colleagues on account administration queries.
• Ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities to enhance service to all customers both external and internal.
• Be an active participant of the team by sharing skills and knowledge with other team members and to develop team and individual performance by acting as mentor in area of expertise.
• Ensure that any complaints received from internal/external customers regarding membership are logged onto BUPA complaints management system, investigated and resolved
  
  The ability to investigate, resolve and communicate internally & externally general queries
• Excellent PC and Keyboard skills
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word & Excel)
• A very high standard of communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain confident, positive and calm in a pressurised environment
• Able to prioritise and organise own work and to work on own initiative
