By joining our Living Places team in East Sussex as a Data Administrator, you'll work with true experts who'll share their knowledge and provide support, encouragement and invaluable feedback so you never stop learning. Bring us your capability, and we'll help you take it much, much further., To Assist the Operations Control Hub Manager in ensuring operations are carried out quickly and effectively within the Operations Control Hub, making best use of available resources and supporting the teams to succeed together.

  • Dealing with emergency situations; liaising with operational teams, out of hours crews and emergency services to ensure resolutions to required timescales.
  • Monitoring all routine, reactive and programmed works for the day.
  • Escalating actions to be resolved and ensuring risk is reduced wherever possible.
  • Identifying opportunities for service or process improvement and creating problem statements for the teams to address, including best value for money, quality and efficiency.

    First class planning and organisational skills.
  • A methodical approach to processes with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High energy and curiosity to continuously improve.
  • PC Literate and excellent knowledge of "Confirm" or similar system.
  • Ability to achieve targets, sometimes within tight time constraints, Disability Confident
